Shipping Policy:
At Argencove we ship anywhere within the United States.
Orders usually take up to three to four business days to process, and we ship from Monday to Thursday only. If you select our 2nd Day Air shipping option, we will ship from Monday to Wednesday, while our Standard Overnight and Priority Overnight shipping options are available from Monday to Thursday.
Please note that we ship anywhere in the United States, and we do ship internationally and have several countries listed as available options. If your destination country is not listed, please email us at chocolate@argencove.com with items of interest and your country's destination.
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives promptly and in great condition. However, please note that we are not responsible for any post office errors, delays, or theft that may occur.
We may include complimentary gel ice and insulation during warm weather to keep your chocolate in the best possible condition. However, please ensure that someone is available to receive the package upon delivery, as we are not responsible for any damage caused to packages left under direct heat or sunlight.
In the unlikely event that your chocolate arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us immediately with a photo so that we can assess whether any further action is necessary. However, due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
