I guess I don’t like great chocolate

The bars were well crafted and I loved the packaging. I felt all of the chocolates (except the white) were very bitter. The white was smooth and tasty and definitely one I would try again. The cocoa nib was bitter on bitter so not great. The banana was overpowered by the chocolate and just felt and tasted weird. The saffron was interesting, and if it had been slightly smoother would make a great after dinner chocolate.
